The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has extended the registration date for convocation till January 10, 2024. Graduates who fulfill the following criteria/conditions will be eligible for participation in the Convocation: Have graduated during the semesters Autumn 2004 to Spring 2022. All PhD & MPhil/MS graduates are eligible.
Gold medalists are also required to register themselves on the portal. In case of eligibility in more than one-degree programmed, you can select only one programme. Graduates will be allowed to attend only one ceremony in his/her relevant location, i.e. Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Islamabad.
To register for the convocation, please follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of AIOU convocation
- Enter your Registration Number/Student ID or Roll Number to check your eligibility.
- If you are eligible, enter your valid CNIC number and permanent residential address as mentioned on your CNIC.
- Select the degree program for which you want to register.
- Download and print the challan form after successful completion of the registration form.
- Pay the registration fee within 48 hours of downloading the challan form.
- After payment of the fee, your registration will be confirmed on the portal. No need to send the challan to the university, keep it with you and bring it on convocation day for verification, if required
